Good morning committed and empathetic scholars!

I hope you had a restful weekend and are ready for another week of learning.  Did you know that this week we will celebrate our 100th day of school?   Take a minute to think back to our very first day of school in August and remember all the things you have learned since then.  Think about something you couldn’t do at the beginning of the school year that now you know how to do.  It’s amazing how setting goals and working hard can help us grow smarter.

Showing commitment to our learning is just one way that we can learn knew things and reach our big goals. In the the next few months what goals can you continue to work towards?  With nearly half the school year remaining be sure to make every day count!

I hope you have a wonderful and productive school week.  Remember, we will be looking and listening for classrooms that are showing positive attitudes and commitment to learning.  We want to “catch you” doing the right thing, even when you think no one is looking.

Work hard and be kind,

Ms. Lauren
